Roof Management Consultants provides detailed Specifications and Project Management for the building owner or representative that includes: 1. Complete specifications: General Conditions, Bid Forms, Construction Contracts, Scope of Work, System Design, Materials, Execution, and Detailed Drawings. 2. Pre-qualify potential bidders list, and conduct contractor pre-bid meeting. 3. Evaluate bids and recommend awarding of contract. 4. Conduct a pre-construction meeting. 5. Contract administration. 6. Submittal Review. 7. In-progress inspections with field reports through project completion. 8. Certify in-progress payment requests. 9. Final inspection of installed system. 10. Receipt of warranties and closeout paperwork. |
