PLAZA DECK & BELOW GRADE WATERPROOFING SERVICES         

Inspection and Evaluation

Designed to provide reports for existing Plaza Deck, Below Grade Waterproofing and Moisture Control Systems.  Report includes:

1.      Identification of waterproofing defects.

2.      Photographic pictures of conditions sighted.

3.      Analysis of existing waterproofing system.

4.      Summary and recommendations with budget estimates for repair or replacement.

Specifications and Project Management

RMC provides detailed Specifications and Project Management for the building owner or representative that includes:

1.      Complete Specifications:  General Conditions, Bid Forms, Construction Contracts, Scope of Work, System Design, Materials, Execution, Detailed Drawings.

2.      Services may include (where needed) Landscape Design, Topographical Survey, and Structural Analysis.

3.      Secure pre-qualified contractors and conduct contractor pre-bid meeting.

4.      Evaluate bids and recommendation for awarding the contract.

5.      Conduct a pre-construction meeting.

6.      Contract administration.

7.      Submittal review.

8.      In-progress inspections with field reports through project completion.

9.      Certify in-progress payment requests.

10.  Final inspection of installed system.

11.  Closeout paperwork.
