SERVICE FEES               

Roof Management Consultants' services are designed specifically to meet our client's needs. Consulting services can range from a Roof Inspection Report to detailed Roofing or Plaza Deck Specifications and complete Project Management.

Fees for Roof Inspection Reports and Annual Roof Inspection Programs are based on the size and type of roofing systems to be inspected.

Fees for Roofing Specifications and Project Management are based on project size, location and complexity.

Fees for Green Roofing, Plaza Deck Design or Plaza Deck Reconstruction are based on project size and complexity.

All Roof Management Consultants, Inc. Service Fees are submitted in proposal form. Our charges are normally on a fixed-fee basis with no hidden costs, or if you prefer, based on time and actual expenses.
